Ariavelle Shipping Policy

At Ariavelle, we are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello.ariavelle@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that once an order has left our warehouse, shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Ariavelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.
