Ariavelle Return Policy

At Ariavelle, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to return or exchange your item(s).

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Free of any damage, wear, or alterations.

Please note that sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello.ariavelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello.ariavelle@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 business days of approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello.ariavelle@gmail.com.
